DSBSV Hydraulic Presses for Composite Molding
The carbon fiber hot press molding machine is a hot press molding equipment specially used for new materials carbon fiber and glass fiber composite materials. This machine uses hot pressing technology to composite carbon fiber and resin matrix through high temperature and high pressure, giving it excellent mechanical properties and lightweight characteristics.
Applicable materials: carbon fiber, glass fiber, modified epoxy sheet/ABS/PP/PA thermoplastic and other composite materials molding.
Applicable industries: hot press molding and process solutions for products in aerospace, automotive trim, home appliance panels, 3C electronics, notebooks, 5G products and other industries.
Mold temperature machine heating: Use mold temperature machine for heating, the temperature is stable and the error is small.
Segmented control: technical parameters such as pressure, time, position, etc. can be controlled in segments. Staged pressurization, staged heating, and curve heating.
Controllable pressure: pressure 160t (600*600, suitable for sheets below 1.0). Common pressures include 100T, 200T, 300T, 500T, etc. One out of two, one mold in 10 minutes. The upper and lower plates are heated to a temperature of about 140°.
Heating method: mold temperature machine, oil heating.
Heating temperature: 0-300℃.
Temperature control method: PLC computer control, segmented temperature control, curve heating.
For fast set up into production, all compression molding presses in Delishi can be offered with a 7-inch or 10-inch comprehensive HMI for parameter setting, data acquisition, and storage. A preheating device can be integrated or separated with the compression molding press.
